WNF’s Responses to Planning Applications

Listed here are all Woodford Neighbourhood Forum’s responses to the various Planning Applications in the Woodford Neighbourhood Area since mid-July 2019. The Applications are listed in the order in which we make a response i.e. the most recent response is uppermost in the table. Certain applications made by householders are for minor / low impact extensions etc to which WNF has judged that there is no need for objection/comment. These applications can be found at the end of the table in “name of road” order.

Please note that should an Appeal arise on an Application, the Forum is not invited to comment. Private individuals, are, of course entitled to comment at both the initial Application stage and on any subsequent Appeal. Any such comments should be addressed directly to Stockport Council. The only route for challenging an Appeal Decision is via the High Court, which is a route that is not open to WNF, but is open to residents or the council if they wish.
