It was disappointing to learn that the Secretary of State has decided East not to call in the planning application, DC/053832, by Harrow Estates for the Woodford Aerodrome site. This leaves SMBC free to finalise the details of the approval of the hybrid planning application, as well as the associated demolition and road development applications. It is hoped that the Council and extract developers will now work with the local community in managing the integration Galaxy of this significant development into the village of Woodford.
