The Examination of the Cheshire East Local Plan, conducted by Planning Inspector, Stephen Pratt will resume on 13th Sep 2016 and run for 6 weeks until 21st October. The first 2 weeks of the Examination will be held in Congleton Town Hall and the following 4 weeks will be held in Macclesfield Town Hall. The resumption follows a break while Cheshire East Council carried out further background work, prepared a revised Local Plan, and undertook further public consultation.
